I am Lisa Banks-Carter and I grew up and currently reside in Seymour. My husband Richard is the Police Chief in Seymour, we have 2 Daughters and 4 Grandchildren. I am a Registered Nurse, an EMT and a Fire Fighter, I volunteer with the Seymour Fire Department and First Responders, coach girls youth softball and further serve my community as a City Councilman. Rich and I are also partners in a 2 Many Chiefs Concessions and Catering. In the spring, I can be found on the northwest corner of the Seymour Square at The Short Bus Garden Shoppe where I sell bedding plants, flowers, hanging baskets, etc.
